01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use 399 BDT, you must meet the following requirements without exception. These conditions exist to protect both you and the integrity of the platform.

04 Betting Rules & Game Policy

All games and betting markets on 399 BDT operate under the following general rules. Specific games may have additional rules displayed within the game interface itself.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Game outcomes on 399 BDT are determined by certified random number generation or live event results, as applicable. The platform does not influence outcomes.

• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicious activity flagged by our security or compliance systems.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or via the support channel. In most cases, you will have the opportunity to respond and resolve the issue. If your account is closed due to a terms breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after any investigation is concluded, provided no fraud is found.

You may also close your own 399 BDT account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered mobile banking number within a reasonable timeframe.

09 Limitation of Liability

10 Changes to These Terms

399 BDT may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of 399 BDT after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
